How to Get Your Copy of the Book

If you want it now, you can get it at the book shop run by BookBaby, my publisher. It is $34.95.

It is also available for pre-sale on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. Through those sites, it will be available starting December 6 for $34.95. Even though the current prices are different, the price will drop before December 6. Those who have already reserved it will end up paying $34.95, since Amazon and Barnes and Noble do not charge their customers until the item actually is available to ship.
